Wind erosion and the Developer creating the impression SMR has "roads is the short answer to the question asked at the last Board Meeting, ‘why aren’t the roads crowned and appear concave?' Long answer: in the UNSUBDIVIDED LANDS DISCLOSURE REPORT under 'Streets Roads and Drainage' roads are described as wayfinding paths on grade and contour... “The roads are not built to City/County or other standards, since roads are dirt .......” Dirt paths were cut with a bulldozer than bladed with a grader absent establishing a proper crown, proper bar ditches, proper drainage and proper side banks. Bad spots were rocked as needed as sales opened up further into the development to give the appearance of 'maintained roads'. All sales activity was coordinated with good weather that allowed groomed dirt surfaces. First United had disclaimers for the first few years that they were not responsible for individuals accessing roads. Message below was forwarded to me Sunday April 30 that included the first two pictures of the spline yoke drive assembly. Horsley said: “Hey Scott… Mike Horsley your neighbor with the container/grader… I saw a couple of facebook posts where you were wondering about what was going on with the grader. Randy Skinner and I were trying to nail down some mechanical questions yesterday and the drive yoke broke, as you can see it had a significant crack in it where the weld broke. It rolled back down and into my container and there it landed. I removed the parts.this morning and am having a friend of mine remachine this yoke as they are not that common for an 80’s rig and he will overbuild it for me. HELP IMPROVE SIERRA MOUNTAIN RANCH A train wreck in slow motion. A triple wiper, double flusher, too much info or something like that, are we talking politics here? Could be... geez that went down the drain in a hurry but it depends, you better not be flushing those, or feminine hi Gene thingy’s, shame on you.  What really can go down the toilet or kitchen sink to the septic tank... just about anything that can fit through the end of a vacuum truck suction hose than that depends (them too) on how hard of a suction they can pull as dirty deeds aren’t cheap, say money down the sink or in the tank? Vacuum truck operators be like your poop is our bread and butter... keep flushing our business down your drain cuz we want your stinking business as it’s money in our bank... stuff you flush into your tank.
